Vanessa Rodrigues reverts to her role as a Latin pianist at Espace Dell'Arte, 40 Jean-Talon St. E., with a sextet that includes saxophonist Joel Miller and features well-known Peruvian bassist Oscar Stagnaro. Peruvian rhythms and montuno grooves in odd meters are on the menu. Tickets cost $15 and showtime is 7:30 p.m. At 9 p.m. Stagnaro runs a clinic on new trends in Latin jazz and the cost is $15.
